Surinder has vast experience in communication as a retired Police Sergeant. He served 24 years with the Brockville Police Service with 8 years as a supervisor.
 

In 2014 Surinder took early retirement to pursue his passion in retail. Along with his wife Kuljit, he learned how to use influence employees to perform at their peak across multiple locations.
 

This understating caused Surinder to pursue his passion of teaching others the art of influence. Now, Surinder enjoys helping individuals as well as organizations realize their true potential.
