I was a yoyo dieter for 20 years.  I tried every diet you can imagine and the weight always came back.  At my heaviest I was 249 pounds and in a period of 14 weeks I lost 33 pounds.  I never felt deprived, I didn’t have to rely on willpower and I still enjoyed my favourite foods.  For the first time in my life I was able to observe my emotions in real time as they were happening and interrupt them through a quick mental exercise.  It feels like magic as I watch my behaviour automatically adjust to be aligned with what I have set as my goals.
